*Education:* Business Administration or Any Batchlor’s degree
*Reporting:* Manager - HR & Admin.
*Experience:* 2 -3 years of experience in HR or administrative support preferred.

*Job Summary:*
The HR and Admin Assistant provides support to the HR and Administrative departments by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations of HR and office functions, assists with recruitment, maintains employee records, and handles daily administrative duties.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Human Resources Support:
• Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records).
• Prepare and maintain employee files and records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
• Assist in organizing training and development activities.
• Maintain HR-related documentation and databases.
• Support payroll by collecting relevant employee data and documents.
*Administrative Support* :
• Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate facility management and office maintenance needs.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Support the organization of meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Maintain administrative filing systems and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Requirements:*
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
*Preferred Skills:*
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
