Apologies without corresponding action become empty rituals, especially when history is marked by unfulfilled promises, systemic neglect, and subtle yet persistent tribal marginalization. *The Baganda are not seeking sentiments—they are seeking substance.* For decades, they have heard pledges about federalism, land reforms, development equity, and the return of lost assets. And yet, these promises echo in speeches and manifestos, rarely in the tangible improvement of lives. *Buganda does not need more words. It needs the reversal of policies and decisions* that have quietly eroded its autonomy, voice, and trust in the state.
