Students are expected to be in the allocated venue in the respective time only to collect their hall tickets with proper dress code and idcard. They are strictly informed not to make noise and disturb. Students Kindly ensure:: 1. Your hall ticket is scheduled with the subjects enrolled for you. 2. On the backside of your hall ticket class incharge is signed. 3. ⁠HODs sign with department stamp on bottom of your hall ticket. 4.Students those who are not having photo in thiee hall ticket are hereby informed to bring passport size photo and get pasted in your hall ticket and attested by HOD and stamped over the photo. Without Photo Hall Ticket is INVALID. 5. ⁠Check your name , register number , photo , date of exams , sub code , subject etc., immediately after collecting the hall ticket. 6. ⁠Students should sign in the hall ticket in front of class incharge 7. ⁠All must submit the fee paid receipt hard copy print out , condonation fee paid receipt (if applicable). If any discrepancies report to your class in charge immediately. Dispute raised later will not be considered.
