Environmental warrior & founder of Beach Please, Malhar is leading Mumbai’s fight against plastic pollution.
In 2017, after a trip to Bali, he returned home—only to be jolted by the filth on Mumbai’s beaches.
But soon, he realised: the real culprit wasn’t just the beach—it was the River, flooding the coast with garbage and waste. So he took the mission upstream.
370+ weeks. 8.5 million+ kgs of waste removed. One unstoppable movement.
“Our soldiers guard the borders. We guard our coasts,” says Malhar. “This is our way of giving back to the land that raised us,” he says.
Join the movement. Pick up that plastic. Be the change your coastline needs.
