The Better India

Zerodha’s Nikhil Kamath just made it to TIME 2025 — not for how much he made, but for how much he’s giving.
At 36, he became the youngest Indian to sign the Giving Pledge, committing to donate 50% of his wealth to causes like climate change, education, and healthcare.
And he’s not doing it quietly. He believes talking about giving is how you make it aspirational.
Invested in building an India 2.0 he co-founded Young India Philanthropic Pledge — a first-of-its-kind pledge urging under-45 Indian entrepreneurs to give away 25% of their wealth for social good.
Because real power is in creating a ripple of change.
