Job Advert: Telesales Representative Location: Harare - Graniteside Position Overview: Incumbent shall be accountable and report to the Marketing Manager, play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. Incumbent's primary responsibilities will include proactive customer engagement, telesales, CRM management, data entry, reporting, problem-solving, team collaboration, feedback collection, and other assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and generate sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales strategies. Key Requirements: Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Marketing major preferred). Passionate about sales, customer relations, and professional development. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role. Must be below 25 years of age.
