We launched the fourth phase of our member sensitization program in collaboration with the Kenya Prisons Service (KPS), targeting 25,000 KPS members across the Coast, Eastern, and Western regions. The initiative focuses on educating members on the scheme’s key features, improving access to member channels, addressing queries, and updating member records. The sensitization sessions aim to empower KPS personnel with a clear understanding of the scheme, ensuring they can maximize the benefits. By emphasizing accessibility and accurate record-keeping, the program seeks to streamline member interactions with the scheme and resolve common concerns efficiently. This phase builds on previous PSSF sensitization efforts, reflecting the fund’s commitment to enhancing awareness among members. The regional approach allows for tailored sessions that address specific needs, encouraging greater engagement and feedback.
