Khichan (in Phalodi, Jodhpur district) and Menar (in Udaipur district) are the latest wetlands in Rajasthan to be recognized as Ramsar sites, which are wetlands of international importance under the Ramsar Convention. This addition takes our tally to 91. The achievement is yet another testament to the fact that PM Shri Narendra Modi's focus on environmental conservation is successfully helping India build a greener tomorrow.
