*Youth4Climate Call for Solutions 2025 Empowering Youth-Led Climate Action* The Youth4Climate (Y4C) Call for Solutions 2025 invites young leaders and youth-led organizations to propose innovative climate solutions. This initiative, co-led by the Government of Italy and UNDP, offers funding, mentorship, and capacity-building to accelerate impactful climate actions. Themes: The call focuses on sustainable energy, climate-smart agriculture, climate and health, digital climate solutions, climate resilience in conflict zones, and nature-based climate actions. Funding: Successful applicants can receive up to $30,000 in funding, along with expert mentorship and support to implement their projects. Applicants: Open to individuals aged 18-29 and youth-led organizations with leadership primarily within this age range. Eligible Countries: Projects must be implemented in one of the 159 eligible countries and territories.
