PM Lawrence Wong has announced his new Cabinet line-up. This comes after he led the PAP to victory in GE2025. There are significant changes. DPM Gan Kim Yong, together with Coordinating Ministers K Shanmugam, Chan Chun Sing, and Ong Ye Kung will oversee four key areas: the economy, national security, public services, and social policies. New, younger ministers will take on more responsibilities. There is a good balance of experience and fresh perspectives, and progress in leadership renewal. I am glad Singaporeans have placed their trust in PM and his 4G team to lead the country. We are facing many global uncertainties. In such times, we must come together as a nation to overcome the challenges, find new opportunities, and secure our place in the world.
