*Getting rid of sin* The greatest problem in earth is sin. Regardless of what one may say, sin is a dangerous reality. A. Getting rid of sin by man: - Denying them - Excusing them - Minimizing them He who covers his sin does not prosper B. Getting rid of sin by God: God removes sin away - as far as East from the West - to make a sinner as white as snow, - to put all our sin behind His back. He is able to do this because Christ died for our sins. Who ever confesses and renounces them, finds mercy. - We must acknowledge our sin (Psa 51; Lk 15) - We must confess our sin (1 Jn 1; Jm 5:16) - We must forsake our sin (Isai 55.7, Heb 7.25) Man's way goes straight to hell, God's way is perfect because He gives Grace to live a holy life and it ends up in heaven. src:wordsoflife.co.uk
