Our mission is to make financial transactions faster, more secure, and more accessible through innovative solutions. Our product offering ranges from Proactive Marketing to IOT Hub. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable FinTech applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and or modern JavaScript (ES6+). • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design (including Flexbox and CSS Grid). • Hands-on experience working with API testing and response handling using tools like Postman or browser dev tools. • Design and maintain secure APIs for financial transactions, integrating with third-party banking services. • Proficiency in form validation with Yup, and experience integrating it with tools like React Hook Form or Formik. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behaviour across devices. • Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks. • Ensure platform reliability with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance UX/UI for financial dashboards and applications. • Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for large-scale financial data. • Implement security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption) to protect sensitive financial data. • Monitor system health & troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and low latency. Required Technical Skills & Qualifications • 3-5 years of Full Stack Development experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Java. • Experience with cloud services (preferably with AWS) & knowledge of containerization is essential (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with financial regulations (GDPR, Open Banking APIs). • Knowledge of smart & IOT devices would be a bonus. • Ability to write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices, including version control.
