Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (MUAST) participated in the ZUSA Cluster 2 Games, held at the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) 9 to 11 May 2025. The event brought together student-athletes from across the country, competing in a variety of sports including netball, volleyball, and Taekwondo. MUAST's Taekwondo team stood out, earning a total of six medals—one gold, two silver, and three bronze. Lisa Chimunhu led the medal tally with a gold, while Molyssa T. Hamera and Fortune K. Machaka each took home silver. Bronze medals went to Peace Pote, Evans T. Chiponda, and Simbiso Senga. The team's success is a testament to their hard work and determination in the lead-up to the competition. MUAST congratulates the medallists and the entire delegation for representing the university with distinction.
