Greetings everyone! I want to express my sincere gratitude for this insightful Global Partnership Discovery training. The knowledge gained and experiences shared here have further solidified our belief that true change is achieved through collaboration. In this context, I'd like to introduce you to the vision and work of the Rescue Souls Mission International Group (RSMI-G) and extend an invitation for partnership. Who We Are: RSMI-G in Uganda RSMI-G is a community-centered organization deeply committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable populations. Our primary focus is on the high-altitude villages in Ifubura, Uganda, where we work directly with communities to address their most pressing needs. Our core mission is to provide access to essential services: education and healthcare. We firmly believe that by empowering individuals through learning and ensuring their well-being, we can break cycles of poverty and foster sustainable development. For our beneficiaries – the children and families in Ifubura – access to quality education and healthcare isn't just a priority; it's a fundamental right we strive to uphold every single day. Beyond these crucial services, we also recognize the vital importance of resocialization. Many of the children we serve face unique challenges in integrating with their peers. Our programs actively facilitate positive interactions, build social skills, and help them connect with other children, ensuring they thrive within their communities. This also includes actively addressing language barriers, a significant hurdle for effective communication and integration. We implement strategies to overcome these challenges, ensuring all children can participate fully and feel a true sense of belonging. The Advantage of Reciprocal Visits: A Mutually Beneficial Partnership The concept of Global Partnership Discovery truly resonates with RSMI-G's vision. We're constantly seeking like-minded organizations and individuals who share our passion for creating lasting positive change. We firmly believe that through genuine collaboration, we can amplify our impact, share valuable insights, and ultimately reach more people in need. When we talk about partnerships and visits, it's crucial to understand our approach. We're not just looking for a one-way street where a few "lucky" individuals from our side get to experience a partner's environment. Instead, we advocate for reciprocal visits. This means that while RSMI-G staff might visit a partner school or organization with a group of our beneficiaries, our partners will also come and visit us in Uganda. This two-way exchange is paramount. It means that the Rescue Souls Mission International Group, alongside our beneficiaries and the communities of Ifubura, will proudly act as hosting partners. Whether it's our community schools or even a healthcare facility we work with, they can all serve as a "Hosting Site." This ensures that the benefits of cultural exchange, shared learning, and mutual understanding are broadly distributed across our entire organization and the communities we serve. It's a powerful way to break down cultural and language barriers, ensuring that the benefits of collaboration are truly shared and that everyone involved feels a sense of ownership and empowerment. We support the organization of these visits to ensure you receive the core experience we offer. Furthermore, this is another fantastic opportunity: we pay hosting fees for our partners to come and spend time at your schools or facilities. This ensures that hosting schools, including healthcare schools, have a fantastic opportunity not only to gain immense experience by interacting with us, but it's also a great way to raise funds. This means they can use this funding to organize future trips for their own student groups or implement other beneficial programs, perfectly aligning with their participation in the partnership program. A Call for Collaboration I'm incredibly eager to learn from all of you during this training and explore how RSMI-G can contribute to, and significantly benefit from, the powerful connections being forged here. We are actively seeking strategic partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our programs in education, healthcare, and critically, in fostering successful resocialization and overcoming language barriers in Uganda. If our mission resonates with yours, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can collaborate and create a lasting, positive impact together. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly look forward to discussing future collaboration opportunities! With respect, Meri Bendeliani Founder, RSMI-G (+995) 599 707 280 [email protected] Rev.
