Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain production lines for plastic blow molding and injection molding - Troubleshoot and optimize machinery performance to reduce downtime. - Implement preventative maintenance schedules. - Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure product standards. - Propose and lead improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste. - Train and supervise local technical staff. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in a plastic manufacturing environment. - Proven expertise in soufflage (blow molding) and injection molding operations. - Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work independently in a factory setting. - Lebanese nationality, with a willingness to relocate and live in Gabon.
