The #closethegap HIV Treatment Roadshow is underway in Cape Town, bringing together key stakeholders to review plans and align provincial implementation efforts with the national goal of closing the HIV treatment gap by December 2025. This goal is linked to the second 95 of the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets, which focuses on ensuring that people living with HIV (PLHIV) are on sustained antiretroviral therapy (ART). The province has 163,626 clients who have disengaged from ART.
