#closethegap campaign objectives: - To expand HIV testing, linkage and re-engagement services to add 1.1million HIV Positive clients on ART by December 2025. - To ensure that 95% of HIV-negative individuals, identified through the Campaign, are offered Combination Prevention interventions. - To improve retention and adherence to treatment through Treatment Literacy and U=U optimization, decanting stable clients and scaling up the implementation of MMD. - To promote and foster TB/HIV integration by integrating TB screening and testing services into Campaign activities, in order to diagnose and start 18,000 clients on TB treatment by December 2025. #closethegap campaign activities for collaboration with stakeholders: - Provide psychosocial support to reengaged PLHIV - Support campaign efforts to find children - Facilitate Youth activations in Institutions of Higher Education - Engage Traditional Leaders to support the Campaign - Identify inmates who have disengaged from treatment - Communicate Close the Gap campaign messages to the public - Support Close the Gap Award Ceremony - Use Artists to promote Campaign messages - Use sports to send messages especially to Young People - Support campaign through Branding of public transport - Mobilize Women, Youth and Disabled persons to access HIV and TB treatment - Promote one home one garden for food security of TB patients and PLHIV - Provide and promote well-ventilated houses especially for TB patients - Provide access to Departments and Industries Occupational Health Services For further information: [email protected]
