Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and curious Data Scientist with foundational knowledge in Large Language Models and Generative AI. As a fresher, you will work closely with our senior data scientists and AI engineers to design, train, and deploy AI models for NLP, text generation, and other generative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1.Assist in developing and fine-tuning LLM-based models for various NLP tasks. 2.Research and implement Gen AI techniques like text-to-text generation, summarization, chatbots, and prompt engineering. 3.Analyze and preprocess large datasets for training AI models. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments. 5.Stay updated with the latest research in AI/ML, especially in the LLM and Gen AI space. 6.Contribute to building tools and platforms to streamline model experimentation and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 2.Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and statistics. 3.Exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers. 4.Familiarity with Gen AI concepts such as prompt tuning, few-shot learning, and autoregressive generation. 5.Programming skills in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). 6.Experience with data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, etc. 7.Good understanding of NLP pipelines (tokenization, embeddings, sequence modeling). 8.Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment. Good to Have: 1.Hands-on projects or internships involving LLMs or Gen AI. 2.Experience with tools like LangChain, Weaviate, Pinecone, or vector databases. 3.Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment on cloud platforms. 4.Participation in AI/ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle, Zindi).
