CTC : varies by grade(through technical discussion) starting from 20k Kindly note : No agreements but candidate need to submit the originals(Call me for terms & Conditions will explain you) *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct Placement/Skill development training sessions at various colleges based on project requirements. * Deliver a balanced curriculum consisting of 30% theory and 70% problem-solving, including live coding sessions. * Teach and mentor students in any of the technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack Technologies, MERN Stack, Front End and Back End Web Development. * Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of college students. * Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant. * Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training curriculum. * Proficiency in any of the technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack Technologies, MERN Stack, Front End and Back End Web Development. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct live coding sessions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Experience in delivering training or teaching, preferably in a college or academic setting. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
