Position: Senior Growth Marketing Specialist
Overview:
💎We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of 360° marketing and communication activities for fintech solutions. Based in the marketing team, this role works closely with an agile squad (product, design, data, and customer service) to support user acquisition, engagement, and retention through coordinated campaigns and in-app communications.
What you will do:
📌Support the planning and implementation of full-funnel marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, and loyalty stages.
📌Coordinate in-app communication activities (push notifications, pop-ups, emails, SMS), focusing on timely delivery, personalization, and relevance.
📌Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, design, data, legal) to ensure campaigns align with current priorities and user needs.
📌Follow project management processes to help manage timelines, creative briefs, and production steps throughout campaign execution.
📌Assist in launching loyalty programs and promotional offers by supporting planning, setup, and performance monitoring.
📌Analyze campaign data and user insights to inform messaging strategies and optimize performance.
📌Participate in agile workflows, contributing to sprint tasks and iterations in collaboration with the squad.
📌Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels, adapting content to each platform’s best practices.
📌Contribute to campaign testing, segmentation, and reporting through tools like A/B tests and funnel tracking.
📌Maintain marketing assets and content calendars, ensuring accurate and timely communication delivery.
Skills, experience, and qualifications:
❇️5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within fintech, banking, or digital products.
❇️Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially in lifecycle and in-app communication.
❇️Comfortable using analytics to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
❇️Experience working in agile teams or fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.
❇️Good communication and coordination skills for working with various stakeholders.
❇️Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
❇️Experience with CRM and communication tools is an advantage.
❇️Background or interest in loyalty marketing, partnerships, or offer-based communication is a plus.
❇️Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (spoken and written).
❇️Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and user-focused messages.
