Baku City Circuit is looking for a Travel and Accommodation Supervisor Location: Baku City Circuit. Azerbaijan, Baku, Ganja, Gabala, Goygol, Mingachevir, Yevlax, Sheki. Job responsibilities and duties: · Assist in planning and managing transportation logistics for participants and officials. · Coordinate airport transfers, shuttle services, and on-ground transportation. · Work with travel agencies and transport providers to ensure timely and efficient services. · Oversee hotel bookings, check-in/check-out processes, and room allocations. · Ensure accommodation facilities meet the required standards and guest expectations. · Address and resolve any accommodation-related issues promptly. · Liaise with hotels, transport companies, and event organizers to coordinate services. · Serve as a point of contact for travel and accommodation inquiries from participants. · Communicate schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders. · Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergency accommodation needs. · Troubleshoot and resolve transportation or lodging conflicts efficiently. · Ensure contingency plans are in place for travel disruptions or delays. · Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and service agreements. · Ensure all travel and accommodation arrangements comply with event policies and budget constraints. · Provide post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
