The ideal candidate will define system architecture, ensure scalability, and drive technical innovation. This role requires hands-on experience in designing large-scale backend systems, optimising performance, and mentoring engineering teams. Open Positions - 1 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development. Expertise in Java, Spring framework, and designing high-performance, scalable systems. Hands-on experience with Kafka and NiFi for event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing. Deep understanding of MySQL and NoSQL databases, including data optimisation and management. Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills, with experience mentoring engineers.
