Lady Justice Roselyne Aburili will preside over a newly appointed three-judge bench that includes Justices Chigiti Mugwimi and Andrew Mwamuye to hear a petition challenging President William Ruto’s recent nominees to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
The bench was empanelled by Chief Justice Martha Koome, who also directed that the case be heard continuously on a day-to-day basis until its conclusion, citing its constitutional significance and urgency.
