*1. Acid Reflux / GERD*
- Lifestyle: Avoid spicy/fatty foods, elevate head during sleep
- Meds: Antacids, H2 blockers (e.g. ranitidine), PPIs (e.g. omeprazole)
- Avoid: Smoking, alcohol, late meals

*2. Gastritis & Ulcers*
- Avoid NSAIDs, alcohol, smoking
- Meds: Antacids, PPIs, sucralfate
- If H. pylori positive → triple therapy (PPI + 2 antibiotics)

*3. Constipation*
- Diet: High fiber, plenty of water
- Activity: Regular exercise
- Meds: Stool softeners, laxatives (e.g. lactulose, senna)

*4. Diarrhea*
- Rehydration: Oral rehydration salts (ORS), IV fluids if severe
- Diet: BRAT (banana, rice, applesauce, toast)
- Meds: Antidiarrheals (if non-infectious), treat cause

*5. IBS*
- Diet: Low FODMAP, avoid triggers
- Stress management
- Meds: Antispasmodics (e.g. hyoscine), laxatives or loperamide depending on type

*6. Hemorrhoids*
- Diet: High fiber, increase fluids
- Topical creams (e.g. hydrocortisone, lidocaine)
- Sitz baths, avoid straining
- Surgery if severe
