Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibre and deeply connected Senior B2B Sales Executive to join our leadership team and accelerate our market penetration. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving significant sales growth through strategic new customer acquisition and expanding our footprint within existing key accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson who can leverage their extensive experience to impact our pipeline immediately. You will be an expert in the B2B telecommunications landscape, adept at architecting complex solutions and using your established industry presence to open doors and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed ambitious B2B sales targets across all product lines.
Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence to the Managing Director.
Strategically plan for business growth by analysing market trends, identifying key industry segments, and defining target customer profiles.
Business Development & Prospecting:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through sophisticated networking, targeted outreach, and leveraging your established industry relationships.
Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify high-value prospects, understanding their strategic objectives, pain points, and decision-making structures.
Rapidly build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Consultative & Technical Solution Selling:
Secure meetings with key decision-makers (including C-level executives) to present the company's strategic value proposition.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to design bespoke, technically sound solutions that precisely address customer requirements.
Sell our diverse portfolio of products by establishing strong relationships and recommending tailored solutions. This includes:
Business Internet: Articulating the benefits of Fibre, LTE, and Satellite for business continuity and performance.
Managed Services (Outsourced IT): Demonstrating the ROI of outsourcing IT support and infrastructure management.
Colocation: Explaining the security, reliability, and cost benefits of our data centre facilities.
Corporate VPN: Selling secure, multi-site connectivity solutions to corporations.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals that address executive-level business needs.
Deal Closure & Account Management:
Lead complex commercial negotiations and successfully close new enterprise-level deals.
Ensure a seamless handover of new clients to the technical and support teams for onboarding.
Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and unlock opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the telecommunications sector is required. Experience working at a top-tier Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Mobile Network Operator (MNO) is a mandatory requirement.
A demonstrable and verifiable track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a senior sales role.
A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Experience reporting to senior management and contributing to high-level business strategy.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Odoo) to manage and forecast sales.

Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of and ability to effectively communicate the technical aspects of networking (Fibre, LTE, VPNs), managed IT services, and colocation.
Consultative Sales Excellence: Masterful at listening, strategic questioning, and problem-solving to uncover core business needs and architect high-value solutions.
Executive Presence: Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and influence C-level executives.
Master Negotiator: Proven ability to lead complex contract negotiations and navigate procurement processes to a successful close.

Autonomous & Strategic: Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage time effectively, and think strategically to position the company for sustained growth
