*Respected Train Managers* *Shubh Prabhat* 🙏🙏 *With a heart full of gratitude and pride, I bid farewell to my role as the DS/AIGC/GTL Div. following the successful conclusion of our Biennial General Meeting held on 27/05/2025. It has been a true honour to serve this proud and dynamic cadre over the past two and a half years — a period where I dedicated myself* *wholeheartedly to the upliftment of Train Managers and the holistic development of our division, staying true to the mission and vision of AIGC* . *Throughout this journey, I’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with you all, raising our collective voice on crucial issues — from the appointment of Train Manager Counsellors, addressing poor siding infrastructure, advocating* *for long-pending inter-railway transfer cases, upholding Hours of Employment rules, and resolving safety concerns related to BVCM brake vans, to raising vital matters concerning our lady Train Managers, line-box* *elimination, and the need for safe pathways across skeleton bridges and many more. Whether at the divisional or zonal level, I left no stone unturned to ensure our genuine concerns were addressed.* *While many issues were solved and some issues remain under active consideration, the strength I derived throughout came from your unwavering support, trust, and encouragement. I feel truly blessed to have had the guidance of our visionary leaders, the wisdom of our Central Working Committee, the dedication of our zonal leadership, and the unity of our Train Managers — each one of you made this journey impactful and memorable* . *My heartfelt gratitude to our former GS and current Chief Adviser, Com. S.P. Singh Sir, whose relentless spirit, towering commitment, and steadfast guidance inspired me every single day. Sir, your devotion to AIGC and its members is a beacon for us all — I remain forever grateful.* *As I pass on the baton to the newly elected Divisional Body of AIGC/GTL Div, I do so with full confidence in their abilities, energy, and enthusiasm. I am certain they will carry forward our mission with even greater determination and vision, ensuring the continued rise of our cadre.* *Dear fellow Train Managers, I urge you — let us continue to uphold the spirit of unity, brotherhood, and camaraderie. No organisation thrives without solidarity. Let us always remember:* " *United We Stand, Divided We Fall* ." *May we continue to grow stronger together and keep the flag of AIGC flying high* . *With deepest gratitude and warm regards* , *Ratnesh Kumar* *Former Divisional Secretary, AIGC / Guntakal Division*
