Long-serving Nation Media Group (NMG) chairman, Dr. Wilfred Kiboro, is set to retire at the end of this month, marking the close of a distinguished leadership career spanning three decades at the company. As part of the leadership transition, former NMG Chief Executive Officer Joseph Muganda has been appointed the incoming chairman of the Board of Directors. His appointment will take effect during the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 27, 2025. Mr. Muganda brings with him more than 30 years of experience in senior roles across major companies in Africa and the UK. He joined the NMG Board on November 1, 2024, and previously served as Group CEO from 2015 to 2018.
