540 New Public Toilets to be built by 2027 Under the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ Initiative 🇱🇰 ⭕ The government has launched a national plan to build 540 modern sanitary facilities at fuel stations island-wide. ⭕ An MoU was signed with CPC, LIOC, Sinopec, and RM Parks under the Presidential Task Force. ⭕ Targets: • 2025 – 100 units • 2026 – 200 units • 2027 – 240 units ⭕ The toilets will be clean, safe, and accessible to everyone, including the elderly and differently-abled.
