Brownie Sugar 400g Eggs 3 Cocoa Powder 75g 1 cup all purpose flour 1tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup melted butter 1 tbsp coffee 1 tbsp vanilla Essence Method ◦ Preheat oven to 120 degrees ◦ Prepare your baking tarsay ◦ Sift cocoa powder,flour ,salt and set aside ◦ Melt butter,add in sugar,eggs,coffee and whisk until fully combined ◦ Add in flour into egg mixture ,toss in your chocolate chips and fold in gently ◦ Bake for 30mins or more until the Centre is not wiggly
