**Scones Recipe**
**Simple Scones**
**Ingredients**
For a 10-liter batch:
- 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 500 grams butter or margarine
**Instructions**
1. Begin by mixing all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Cut the butter into small cubes, then incorporate it into the dry mixture using your fingertips until the texture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the amasi and vanilla extract, then gradually pour this mixture over the flour mixture. Gently combine the ingredients until just combined.
4. Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut it into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or glass.
5. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
**Note:** Eggs are not included in this recipe to extend the shelf life of the scones.
