While fruits are generally healthy, excessive intake of acidic fruits may lead to health issues such as tooth enamel erosion, stomach discomfort, or acid reflux. This project investigates the health effects and raises awareness of moderation. *Target Group:* Learners from Stage 1 to Stage 6 *Stakeholders Involved:* - Learners - Teachers - School administration - Parents - Local health personnel *Objectives:* 1. To identify the acidic fruits commonly consumed by learners. 2. To investigate the health issues experienced due to frequent intake. 3.
