Considering a strong HLA match, C2C2. *We did recommend her a controlled Tacrolimus dose* UPT was +ve. *Considering her past, we gave her thrice a weak shot of Thymosin Alpha (1.6g), till cardiac activity. Tacrolimus was stopped by us at 9 weeks She continued her pregnancy as normal, developed HTN at 30 weeks Delivery was PreTerm today at 35weeks. With 2.55kg Baby Weight.
