Job Summary The SHE Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of occupational safety, health, and environmental programs at the site. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards, promotes a culture of safety among employees, and assists in the identification, prevention, and resolution of potential hazards in the workplace. The position plays a key role in monitoring site operations, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement in SHE performance. What We're Looking For: 1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree (K3/Public Health/Environmental Science) or equivalent 2. Min At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as SHE-related roles 3. Have certificate of AK3U is a must (Active) 4. Able to operate computers, at least MS Office programs related Environment, Health, Safety 5. Familiar with government regulations and international standards related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 6. Be able to work effectively in a team 7. Have a positive attitude, be loyal, highly motivated, and responsible. 8.
