The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the mine, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. 3. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and laws. 4. Plan and implement mining operations to meet production targets and budgets. 5. Oversee the development and implementation of mining methods and techniques. 6. Monitor and optimize ore extraction, transportation, and processing. 7. Supervise and manage a team of miners and other support staff. *Qualifications and Experience* *Requirements* _Essential Qualifications_ 1. Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining, preferably in gold mining. 3.
