The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in both player development and achieving competitive results. As the Academy or Youth team Coach, you will lead training sessions, talents identification, develop game strategies, and mentor our players together with the senior team coach to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute training sessions tailored to player development and team performance. Develop and implement game strategies and tactics. Monitor and evaluate player performance and progress. Provide mentorship and guidance to players, fostering both their personal and athletic growth.
