India is scripting a new chapter of national renewal under the decisive and firm leadership of PM Sh Narendra Modi Ji as during Modi 3.0, India continues to build on the momentum achieved in economic, social and strategic spheres in the decade of transformative change and is taking it ahead. The fruits of the policies of social and financial inclusion have ensured the implementation of the vision of Sarvodaya through Antyodaya as the benefits reach out to the farthest first and have been able to lift more than 25 crore people out of multidimensional poverty. ₹3.68 lakh crore have been disbursed under PM-KISAN to more than 11 crore beneficiaries, Lakhpati Didi initiative has benefited more than one crore women, nearly 3 crore houses have been sanctioned under PM Awas Yojana, tap water connections have been provided to 15.44 crore rural households, benefits of Ayushman Bharat now covers those above the age of 70 and more and will benefit 6 crore senior citizens. The impact of the policies on the social front is far and wide, as other sectors continue to experience unprecedented growth. We saw during Operation Sindoor how the resolute political will is matched by strategic investment in self-reliance with focus on indigenisation of defence capabilities. Defence capabilities have been rapidly modernised, the introduction of two dedicated PLI Schemes have catalysed next-gen innovations in drones and components, we have not only upgraded our own systems but are already exporting missile systems, armoured vehicles and naval platforms to more than 80 countries. The development can be seen across spheres as we journey towards being #viksitbharat. Another semi-conductor unit will begin production in Jewar in 2027. India now has the third largest #startup ecosystem in the world with more than 100 unicorns and 3600 deep tech ventures focused on AI even as we emerge as the world’s most connected democracy with over 80 crore internet users and 136 crore Aadhaar enrolments. #digital payments continue to register significant growth and acceptance. India has emerged as the world’s fourth largest economy overtaking Japan. The spring in the steps is unmistakable. My piece in Economic Times today… https://t.co/Ln1WpYMQ6e
