As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team and support our mission—on a probono basis. *We are seeking volunteers for the following roles:* 🔹 *Administrator-Trainees/Graduates* Location: Zimbabwe (Some remote flexibility) Reports To: Director Role Summary: The Administrator will support the daily operations of the Institute, ensuring smooth communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination of programs and services. *Key Responsibilities* : • Manage client bookings, calendars, and reminders • Maintain organized digital and physical records • Respond to emails, messages, and general inquiries • Liaise with clients, volunteers, and partner organizations • Assist with report preparation and basic data entry • Support logistical planning for workshops and events • Track follow-ups, forms, and session documentation Ideal Candidate: • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Excellent communication and tech skills • Able to work independently and handle sensitive information • Passionate about service and mental health 🔹 *Digital Marketing & Content Creator* –Trainees/Graduates Location: Harare/ Some remote flexibilty Reports To: Director Role Summary: The Digital Marketing & Fundraising Officer will manage the online presence of Courageous Change Institute, create mental health and wellness content, and identify funding and collaboration opportunities online. *Key Responsibilities* : • Develop and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms • Create visual materials (flyers, posts, banners) using Canva or similar tools • Write and post about the Institute’s programs, mental health topics, and success stories • Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across platforms • Research and recommend grant, sponsorship, and fundraising opportunities • Create and run simple online fundraising campaigns • Monitor and respond to online engagement Ideal Candidate: • Skilled in content creation, Canva, social media tools • Creative and passionate about mental health advocacy • Strong writing and design skills • Self-motivated, with knowledge of how to attract attention and donors • Bonus: Experience in digital fundraising or campaign management 🔹 *Programmes Assistant Volunteer* –Trainees/ Graduates Location: Zimbabwe Reports To: Programs Lead / Director *Role Summary* : The Programs Officer will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of outreach and educational programs in schools, churches, organizations, and the community. *Key Responsibilities* : • Develop and coordinate community workshops and presentations • Identify and approach schools, churches, NGOs, and corporates for partnership opportunities • Research and propose relevant mental health topics for target groups • Maintain a calendar of events and follow up with partners • Assist in monitoring program impact and writing basic reports • Represent the Institute at events and public engagements • Seek platforms for public speaking, awareness campaigns, and partnerships Ideal Candidate: • Excellent public speaking, planning, and people skills • Background in Psychology, counseling, or community work (preferred) • Strong initiative, networking ability, and passion for mental wellness • Able to document activities and feedback clearly 🌟 *Who We’re Looking For:* • Passionate about mental health and community empowerment. • Committed, trustworthy, value-driven and grounded. • Background in counseling, psychology, social work, education, or communications is a plus • Willing to serve with excellence, even without monetary reward (probono) *We offer* : ✅ A platform to make meaningful impact ✅ Mentorship and professional growth ✅ Exposure to workshops, wellness programs, and field work ✅ A nurturing team culture with purpose 📍 *Location* : Zimbabwe (some remote roles available) 📧 *To apply* : Email your CV and motivation letter to [[email protected]] 📅 Deadline: [Friday 20 June 2025] *Courageous Change Institute* (CCI) Healing begins with one courageous step.
