Disarmament Without Justice Is Violence in Disguise. While the pursuit of peace and stability is a national priority, disarmament at gunpoint is not a path to peace it is a recipe for disaster. The SSPDF's use of coercive force against already traumatized and marginalized communities risks reigniting conflict, fueling ethnic tensions, and further undermining trust between the people and the state.
