Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate company trucks (Code 10 required) to transport furniture within Sandton and surrounding areas. * Load and unload furniture and stock onto the truck, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage. * Conduct routine inspections of the truck to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance needs. * Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries while adhering to schedules. * Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures as proof of delivery. * Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections. * Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: * Valid Code 10 Driver’s License and Professional Driving Permit (PDP). * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver. * Physically capable of loading and unloading furniture. * Strong knowledge of the Sandton area and surroundings. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * A commitment to safety and professionalism. * Driver staying in Bramley, Sandton or Alexandra is highly preferable.
