🔊[TODAY] #growingasafergauteng The Integrated Provincial Service Delivery Operations held in #thembia were well received. This is part of our united front against crime and includes all law enforcement agencies in the province conducting joint operations. These operations include SAPS, Meto police departments, municipal law enforcement, Gauteng crime wardens and other partners – working side-by-side to reclaim our streets. This multi-faceted program will rotate between municipalities over the next few weeks, addressing service delivery issues, including security matters. Executive Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza warmly welcomed Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi and MEC for Cogta Jacob Mamabolo, as well as other law enforcement teams, including TMPD, Mogale City and JMPD, to the City of Ekurhuleni. Service delivery was part of the programme with a visit to Motsu bridge, which is under renovation and set to be completed by the end of the year.
