LEARNING THE 🔤ON ECDs Consultative meetings on Early Childhood Development centres are happening across the City. Led by Member of the Mayoral Committee for Community Services, Cllr Bridget Thusi, today's session is at Rabasotho Community Hall in #thembisa. The session provides updates, improvements, and a roadmap for ECD initiatives in Ekurhuleni. This includes bylaws that govern ECD centres as well as the process of rezoning a property to run an ECD centre.
