The biggest mistake we make every day is ignoring our emotions.
Instead of figuring out why something bothers us, we:
📱 scroll through social media,
🍷 pour a glass of wine,
💪 dive into workouts,
🎬 binge-watch TV shows…
But here’s what you need to understand:
Emotions don’t just disappear. If they aren’t processed, they accumulate— and eventually, the body takes the hit.
■ Stiff neck?
■ Runny nose?
■ Or maybe a more serious illness developed months later?
🙌 Here’s a life hack: what to do when your day isn’t going well?
🔹 STEP 1: Breathing + Awareness.
Sit comfortably and take 10 deep breaths in and out—this will help activate energy flow in your body.
Now recall a stressful situation from today.
❓ Who did you argue with?
❓ What made you angry?
❓ What disappointed you?
Your body will start to tense up.
That’s normal. This is how emotions manifest.
Now replay the situation again. And again. About five times.
❗️Guess what will happen?
Your brain will stop perceiving it as a threat, and the tension will begin to ease.
🔹 STEP 2: Erasing the Emotion.
Imagine you have a magic eraser.
Now erase this situation from your memory.
Add some funny details:
🎨 Paint the person who upset you bright pink.
🔄 Play the situation in reverse.
🤣 Imagine it as just a comedy film.
Your body will feel relief.
📌 If that doesn’t help:
🔹 STEP 3: Write Your Emotions Down.
Take a sheet of paper and pour out everything you’re feeling.
📝 Anger? Write it down!
😔 Resentment? Write what hurt you!
😨 Fear? Describe what you’re afraid of.
Or talk to someone you trust. The key is not to keep emotions bottled up inside.
If you suppress them, they start destroying the body.
➡️ Psycho-emotional hygiene isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity!
Just like brushing your teeth every day, learn to clear your mind of accumulated emotions.
And remember: any condition can be healed.
