🚨🚨 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆, Laporta has reduced a potential €60m UEFA fine to €15m over their 2022 financial levers by negotiating with UEFA president Aleksandr Čeferin. UEFA questioned the accounting of TV rights sales, but Laporta defended them as necessary alternatives to capital increases, given their member-owned structure. The reduced fine is conditional on meeting UEFA and La Liga financial fair play rules. Otherwise the full €60m would apply.
