*How to filter for jobs posted in the last hour.*
You wake up on a Monday and decide to apply for jobs on LinkedIn.
You type in your role, filter by location, and maybe select “last 24 hours.”
Boom — every listing has 100+ applicants already.
It’s discouraging, right?
I’ve been there too.
But what if I told you that you could filter for jobs posted in the last hour?
Yep. It’s real.
You’ll need to use the LinkedIn website, not the app.
1️⃣ Go to the Jobs section
2️⃣ Search for your role and apply filters (location, experience level, etc.)
3️⃣ Under "Date Posted", select “Past 24 Hours.”
4️⃣ Now look at the "URL bar," find this: "86400" (seconds in 24 hours)
5️⃣ Replace "86400" with "3600" (seconds in 1 hour)
6️⃣ Hit Enter and boom: New job listings posted within the last hour
You can even try "10800" to search jobs posted in the last 3 hours.
Job hunting feels like WWE matches sometimes.
Timing is everything.
If you’re applying for jobs right now,
You deserve every tool that gives you a head start.
Share your LinkedIn job search hack in the comments and help someone land a role.
Here is exactly how to do it, using "customer service representative" as an example.
