How do you become a Pay4Me CTA or a Community Member? 1. To become a Pay4Me National CTA , the applicant must have a minimum of 200,000 dollars worth of Pay4Me in his or her Pay4Me account to be able to distribute it to the Regional/State CTAs. 2. To become a Pay4Me Regional/State CTA , the applicant must have a minimum of 500 dollars worth of Pay4Me in his or her Pay4Me account to be able to distribute it to the Community CTAs. 3. To become a Pay4Me Community CTA , the applicant must have a minimum of 100 dollars worth of Pay4Me in his or her Pay4Me account to be able to distribute it to the Community Members. 4. To become an approved & recognised Pay4Me Community Member, the applicant must be ready to have an active Pay4Me Card by doing a monthly shopping of a minimum of 30 dollars worth of Pay4Me via his or her Community CTA - that's a minimum of 1 dollar/day.
