About the Company:
We are a SEBI-registered Real Estate Investment Fund focused on investing in high-potential plotted development, residential, and stressed asset projects in South India. Our mission is to deliver superior returns through data-driven project evaluation and disciplined investment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage detailed financial models for real estate development and investment projects (DCF, IRR, ROI, sensitivity analysis).
Assist in preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, and internal approval notes.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed investments.
Monitor project cash flows and assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
Support due diligence processes in coordination with legal, technical, and valuation teams.
Prepare investor reports, fund performance dashboards, and MIS.
Interface with banks/NBFCs on debt structuring and drawdowns.
Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications/Skills:
MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA Level 2 or above.
2–6 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, or development.
Strong command of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Argus a plus.
Familiarity with RERA, local land laws, and real estate regulations in Karnataka.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience with real estate developers, PE funds, NBFCs, or consultancy firms focused on real estate.
Familiarity with residential and plotted development projects.
Exposure to real estate investment lifecycle from acquisition to exit.
