The investigation has uncovered a web of corruption implicating three NPOs—Matieni Community Centre, Lethabong Old Age Home, and War Against Rape and Abuse (WAR RNA)—with funds allegedly funnelled through entities linked to Collin Tshisimba, a central figure in multiple NLC fraud cases.
