Work and Access is a new government programme that helps people with disabilities get into work or stay in work. It aims to remove barriers in the workplace and provides practical support to both individuals and employers. There are 7 key supports available: Workplace Needs Assessment Communication Support In‑Work Support Personal Reader Work Equipment Workplace Adaptation Disability Equality & Inclusion Training for employers & staff Come along to learn how the scheme works, how to apply, and how these supports can help you, your clients, or your organisation.
