JERUSALEM: An Anti-Semitic arson attack happened overnight at the synagogue "Or Habib" from the chief rabbi Yitschak Yosef. A police spokesperson said in a statement: Early this morning, a report was received at the Jerusalem police headquarters about a fire in a synagogue in the Sanhedria neighborhood of Jerusalem. Police forces from the Lev Ha-Bira station were called to the scene under the command of the commander of the Zion area in the Jerusalem District, Shlomi Bachar, along with fire and rescue personnel who worked to extinguish the fire. As a result of the fire, damage was caused to the scene and there were no injuries. A few minutes earlier, a report was received at the police station about a cross painted on the door of a house next to the scene.
