Eligibility: * MSc/MTech in Life Sciences or a related field * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) * Strong expertise in NGS platforms, library preparation methods, and sequencing workflows Key Responsibilities: * Lead and perform NGS library preparation, sequencing, and protocol optimization * Troubleshoot and refine experimental protocols to enhance efficiency and data quality * Manage and maintain lab instrumentation (calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting) * Train and supervise junior researchers in NGS techniques * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
